Concrete block construction with steel rebar and concrete re-enforcement. 3000 psi concrete (instead of 2500 psi concrete) steel and fiber mesh in your concrete slab and driveway (instead of one or the other). Built to withstand 120 mph wind codes regardless of what area it’s built in. Interior wall wood studs are placed 16 inch on center, instead of 24 inch on center. Roof straps have 50% more strength than is required by code, topped with 30 year architectural roof singles. Fancy front elevation with raised stucco decoration. But, enough about the structure lets talk about living amenities. Main ceiling areas are vaulted, carpeting in all living areas and bedrooms, ceramic tile flooring in the foyer, kitchen, dining (nook), laundry room, and baths. All windows and glass doors are insulated; attic is insulated with R-30 instead of R-19. The bedrooms have walk-in closets for plenty of storage. Ceiling fan are provided in the living room and master bedroom.
